Volunteer Vision receives seed funding from Germany's largest VC
The Munich BonVenture Group invests a middle six-figure fund for social companies, BonVenture III, in the Tech4Good start up, Volunteer Vision. Volunteer Vision GmbH offers the first Software as a Service solution for digital mentoring in corporate companies: through video-chat and the sue of eLearning materials, employees support young adults develop skills to enter the job market. This is the first financing round for the social company, founded in 2016, which has previously been funded through the EXIST founders grant and business angels. Read more

This phrase can have many meanings and bring a variety of images to mind: a) the connection that brings you online with the rest of the world b) your own personal or professional network that supports and uplifts you c) the network of connections perpetually lighting up and growing more complex inside your brain as you learn.
At first glance, these three possible definitions don't seem to 'connect' with one another, but they do. Each is important independently, however, when combined as one, they have the potential for immense impact. So, what does this mean in practice?
