We create individual campaigns with suitable call-to-actions that you can integrate in your intranet or company newsletter. If you work in the CSR sector and are interested in mentorships with external mentees, we can mediate interested participants from our partner NGOs.

Impact studies

You can access your users' feedback in real time in your manager account. After completing the mentoring, we conduct a scientifically based impact study with all mentors and mentees to measure effects such as changes in attitude and competencies.

In our Training Center, your employees learn more about mentoring methods, how to use our software and our e-learning content in short videos and are sensitized to diversity and inclusion in practice. Afterwards, both mentors and mentees are ready for their first session - previous experience with mentoring is not necessary.

Enquiries from mentors and mentees are coordinated via a ticket system and answered by our service team within 24 hours. A multilingual 24/7 call center ensures that customers in international time zones and with different languages can also be helped quickly.

The Starter package is aimed at clients who either have their own mentoring capacities or a limited budget. We provide you with all the services you need for successful self-management and supervision of your mentoring participants. The following services are included:

User self-service: chatbot & FAQs
Access to live reporting via the manager account
Check-in calls with your account manager (every 6 weeks)

The Extended package is aimed at customers with limited internal resources who would like to benefit from our additional support. We support you with individual user recruiting campaigns and are available to advise you in monthly check-in calls. The following services are included:
